The GP Series USB Portable Bench Scales features a USB virtual COM port that can easily provide communication between the scale and computer. Comes standard with NCI protocol and interfaces to most common shipping software packages including UPS™ Worldship Online. Housed in a robust base constructed from 22 gauge steel with ribbed base is designed to protect against unwanted damage. Built-in carrying handles and a large easy-to-read 1″ / 25 mm H digits, backlit LCD display. Four easy to use keys: On/Zero/Off, tare (100% range), Units lb/kg and hold that is ideal when weighing larger boxes that cover the display window. The scale operates on one 9V battery (included), AC adapter (not included) and a USB cable (not included). Scale will automatically turn off after two minutes if not used to help prolong battery life. Typical Applications: Shipping/Receiving Areas, Light Industrial, Warehouse
