American Weigh Accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit cards. We also accept COD ($15.00 extra), and Money Orders. All these payment options are available by placing your order over the Internet or by phone toll free by dialing 866-643-3444.
Credit Cards - Credit card orders must ship to the billing address of the credit card. If you wish to have your credit card order shipped to a different address, you must call to confirm your order and provide some additional information.
COD - COD orders are only shipped via FedEx. There is an extra $15.00 charge for COD orders. This charge is in addition to the regular shipping charges. COD orders must be paid by Money Order or Cashier's Check. COD orders must be placed by phone at 1-866-643-3444.
Checks & Money Orders - All Orders paid with check or money order must be sent through the mail. We do not accept checks over the Internet. Place your order online, and print out the confirmation page to send with your payment. If you are unable to print the page, make a note of your order number and include it with your payment. Orders paid by Money Order will ship the next business day after receipt of payment. Orders paid by check may be held up to 7 business days before shipping.
For your convenience if your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, we will electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $25.00.
Please insure that the shipping address you provide is correct. You will be charged $11.00 if any address corrections need to be made after the package ships out.
